Grand Peaches with Maple Cream
4 Georgia Peaches, peeled and sliced
8 oz. Fresh Berries (Blackberries, raspberries, blueberries)
1 oz. Grand Marnier
3.4 C. Heavy Cream
1/4 C. Sour Cream
1/4 C, Pure Maple Syrup
Place peaches, honey and berries in a small bowl and cover with the Grand Marnier. Chill Overnight.
Wisk together creams immediatly before serving and top peaches.

Yummyday Tuesday - Pork Tenderloin with Melon Salsa
Pork Tenderloin with Melon Salsa
Serves 41 lb. of Pork Tenderloin
Marinate:
2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
Zest of 1 Limes
1 Tbsp. Oil
1/4 C. Cilantro
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
Melon Salsa:
2 Cups Cantaloupe, diced
1/2 C Honeydew, diced
1/4 C Cilantro
1 Jap, minced
1/4 C. Lime Juice
1 Lime Peel Zested
1 tsp. salt
Marinate Pork Loin for 1 hour (or up to overnight.) Roast in shallow pan on 350 degrees for 45 mintues.
Mix Melon Salsa by combining all ingredients and chill.

Pickled Shrimp
3lbs. Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lg. Onion, sliced thin
1 Green Pepper, thin strips
1 C. Vegetable Oil
2 C. Ketchup
1 C. Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Sugar
8 oz. Yellow Mustard
2 Tbsp. Capers
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
2 Dashes Tabasco
Boil shrimp in shrimp boil for 5 minutes, drain and set aside
Mix all ingredients together. Add shrimp, cover and place in refirgerator overnight. Serve chilled.

Chili Lime Butter for Corn on the Cobb
Add a little kick to your corn. wrap with foil and heat on the grill!
2 Sticks Butter
1 Pint Sour Cream
1 Lime
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
Melt butter and mix well. Use a grill brush to add to your corn.
